Coach, Speaker, & Author

Coach Jackie is an ICF-certified PCC Career Development Coach and Mental Fitness Coach (CPQC). She is also the author of the book Manage UP! The Ultimate Guide to Managing Your Manager, and a professional speaker and presenter. Coach Jackie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in human services and counseling from Lesley College and her Master’s Degree in management and organizational development from Cambridge College. 

Coach Jackie began her career in behavioral and mental health and then brought that background into human resources.  She became certified as a life, career and mental fitness coach and opened her own coaching practice in 2013 where she helps ambitious women professionals go from uncertainty to powerful levels of confidence and career clarity. 

 

Coach Jackie works with women leaders who want to ditch their fears and self-doubts, elevate their confidence, and take fierce action toward achieving their desired career goals. She leverages her mental fitness training so that she can work with her clients on the root causes that sabotage their desired outcomes.
